Outgoing Italian PM Conte asks Draghi for a political government

Rome (Italy), Feb 4 (EFE), (Camera: Álvaro Padilla).- The outgoing Italian prime minister Giuseppe Conte said he was confident that the former president of the European Central Bank (ECB) Mario Draghi would be able to form a political government rather that one formed by technocrats.FOOTAGE AND SOUNDBITES OF GIUSEPPE CONTE:"Yesterday I met with the person in charge of forming the (new) government, Mario Draghi. It was a long and very open meeting. At the end of it, I wished him a good job.""I expect a political government that is solid and has enough cohesion to take political decisions because the urgencies of the country require political actions."
