Business was blooming for a Moscow rose delivery service which allows women to rent a bouquet of roses on International Women's Day. One ten minute window with Moroz's bouquet sets selfie-takers back 1,000 roubles, or about $17. Women's Day, which takes place on March 8, is a huge deal in Russia, and flowers are still the most popular gift.
