Newser reports three men in Philadelphia ordered food to go at the Golden Chinese/American takeout restaurant. While they were waiting, they blew up an ATM in the establishment. The explosive device they used damaged the ATM and the window, and knocked items off shelves behind the counter. However, they were unable to wrest any cash from the machine's interior cash box. The three then fled, one on a bicycle and the other two on foot.
