Coronavirus pandemic: Small German town tests reopening of hotels and restaurants

Description

In Germany, a small resort city tests the reopening of hotels and restaurants during the busy Easter weekend. In the rest of the country, Covid-19 restrictions remain tight. The reopening of restaurants seems a way in a country where a partial lockdown has been extended until at least April the 18th.
