At a press conference with Tunisia's President Kais Saied, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Italy's Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen says the EU and Tunis have signed "the memorandum of understanding on a strategic and comprehensive partnership" covering economic and migration issues.
