India expands vaccine drive to all adults as new cases soar

Description

New Delhi residents receive coronavirus jabs as India opens up its faltering vaccination drive to all adults after reporting more than 400,000 cases in 24 hours. Indian authorities lowered their guard in the early part of the year after infections fell, lifting restrictions on most activity and allowing mass religious and political gatherings to take place.
