The Škoda Kodiaq RS is the first SUV in Škoda's sporty RS family and also the new spearhead of the Czech car manufacturer's SUV campaign. The performance model is powered by the most powerful production diesel engine in Škoda history with a power output of 176 kW (240 PS). It demonstrated its capabilities with a record lap time of 9 minutes 29.84 seconds on the toughest race track in the world - the Nürburgring's Nordschleife. The performance SUV is the first Škoda to also feature Dynamic Sound Boost for a particularly emotive engine note.The Škoda Kodiaq RS comes with all-wheel drive as standard. More power and reduced weight for the sporty top model ŠKODA KODIAQ RS: The new 2.0 TSI petrol engine has an output of 180 kW (245 PS) and improves the performance of the SUV even further. With bodywork applications in high-gloss black and the new 20-inch Sagitarius light alloy wheels, it is immediately recognizable as a member of the ŠKODA RS family. The sporty SUV now has full LED matrix headlights as standard. The interior of the KODIAQ RS is characterized by the combination of sports seats with black Suedia covers and red contrasting stitching, as well as door panels with black Suedia covers and black contrasting stitching in a diamond-cross design.
As a result of a further refined ŠKODA design language, the KODIAQ presents as even more emotive and self-assured. The upgrade will be available from July 2021. The Active, Ambition and Style trims will come with aluminium-effect detail on the front and rear apron, lending the SUV even more off road styling. The restyled front with an elevated bonnet and the redesigned, more upright ŠKODA grille reinforce the KODIAQ’s bold appearance. The Czech carmaker’s large SUV features LED headlights as standard and, for the first time, can be equipped with full LED Matrix headlights. New alloy wheels measuring up to 20 inches further enhance the car’s dynamic and striking look. Special Aero wheels, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and the new gloss black rear spoiler and finlets on the sides of the rear window all reduce drag. The KODIAQ RS now features a distinct, dynamically designed model-specific front bumper.

More comfort and convenience and an extra helping of modern technology. That is the upgraded ŠKODA KODIAQ, the largest SUV in the Czech carmaker’s range. At the same time, the newcomer retains the model’s traditional strengths, i.e. a generously roomy interior, a wide range of versions and powertrains and excellent value for money. Škoda Auto presents the second generation of the Kodiaq. It takes sustainability and efficiency to the next level and comes with a new interior concept. The all-new Kodiaq features a 13-inch infotainment display, innovative Škoda Smart Dials with haptic controls and a new range structure with Design Selections. Its five powertrains offering outputs from 110 kW (150 hp) to 150 kW (204 hp) now also include a plug-in hybrid version – a first for the Kodiaq – with an electric range of more than 100 kilometres. The two top engines are mated to all-wheel drive as standard. Also making their debuts are the latest generations of the LED Matrix headlights and the Dynamic Chassis Control system. To date, 841,900 Kodiaqs have been produced and have found customers in 60 markets worldwide. The series has also won more than 40 international awards since 2016.
