Tirana, Apr 25 (EFE/EPA).- Although the exit polls gave victory to the Socialist Party (PS) of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the lack of an official data and an overwhelming result has led all the candidates to proclaim themselves winners in the parliamentary elections held Sunday in Albania.
