A prison van believed to be carrying Aine Davis arrives at the Old Bailey, London's Central Criminal Court, as the alleged British member of the Islamic State group attends a pre-trial hearing accused of terror offences. British Muslim political activist Anjem Choudary appeared Monday at London's Central Criminal Court for sentencing, for "inviting support" for the Islamic State and other militant Islamist groups. He was sentenced to five and half years of jail-time, most of which will likely be spent in solitary confinement in a bid to stop the activist from spreading his teachings to other inmates. Journalists and Choudary's supporters met the vehicle containing the accused in front of the court.
