Covid restrictions dampen Lunar New Year celebrations in Shanghai, Hong Kong

Description

Many people in mainland China and Hong Kong will be spending the Lunar New Year at home this year instead of returning to their hometowns, due to strict Covid travel regulations in place. China is one of the few places left in the world still pursuing a zero-Covid strategy, putting a dampener on the annual mass migration.
