New isolation units under construction in virus-ravaged Hong Kong

Construction of two temporary isolation facilities is underway in Hong Kong -- with help from building crews from mainland China -- to house thousands of coronavirus patients, with soaring daily caseloads threatening to overwhelm hospitals.
