US Secretary of State Antony Blinken accuses Russia of committing war crimes by attacking civilians in Ukraine. "Intentionally targeting civilians is a war crime. Gershkovich, an American Wall Street Journal reporter is being held in Moscow on espionage charges which he denies. The court hearing was attended by representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Russia.
