G80 is at the core of the Genesis sedan lineup and offers a perfect balance of comfort and refined performance. Building on the popular G80’s foundation of bold design and innovative features, new G80 3.5T AWD Sport trims add dynamic design elements to the G80 lineup by offering more athletic exterior and interior design features.Several unique design features set G80 3.5T AWD Sport trims apart, including the vehicle’s front fascia with a grille in dark glossy chrome, and a three-dimensional wing-shaped front bumper.A stunning profile reveals dark glossy chrome applied to all side moldings for a distinctive feeling of athleticism. G80 3.5T AWD Sport trims come with exclusive 19 inch or 20 inch Sport Alloy Wheels. G80 3.5T AWD Sport trims also feature an all-new, exclusive new color: ‘Cavendish Red.’ The name is inspired by a cliffside township on the Northeast of Prince Edward Island in Canada, while the color was drawn from the area’s famous red sand.
Genesis completed GV70’s design that not only is dynamic but also meets practical needs of SUV consumers based on various design elements including the signature Crest Grille and the Quad Lamps, representing the Genesis wing emblem.The front of GV70 displays an aggressive image as the Crest Grille is set lower than the headlamps while its twin-lined Quad Lamps add a sense of speed and dynamism. Moreover, the skid plate placed underneath the bumpers has been extended to the flank, reinforcing the image of a sporty SUV.The hallmark of the GV70’s side profile is its emphasis on a dynamic expression created by a dramatic contrast of its rear fender with the arching Parabolic Line that begins at the top of Quad Lamps and runs across the body. The sleek and elegant coupe-like roofline, along with the dropping chrome line to the C-pillar, accentuates the sporty characteristics.

The story of the G80 begins with the brand’s emblem which inspires the crest grille and Quad Lamps, the distinctive face of every Genesis.“The All-new G80 is the centerpiece of our lineup perfectly weighing athletic and elegant characteristics. This represents the clearest interpretation yet of the Genesis brand identity,” said Sang Yup Lee, Senior Vice President, Head of Global Genesis Design. “Our goal is to offer unique, design-inspired experiences for our customers.”On the side, the Parabolic Line, which begins at the front Quad Lamp and gradually runs lower to the rear through the top of the door, is inspired by the elegant look of several venerable classic cars. This elegant line is counter-balanced by athletic “power lines” emphasizing the strength of fender volume and the upfitted 20-inch wheels. In addition, the chrome trim beginning from behind the front wheels stretches out along at the bottom of the door, crosses the side sills and swells upwards to the rear, strengthening forward visual motion.The rear view features a dramatic, tapered look – highlighted by a sloping decklid and rear Quad Lamps which visually link to those in front. Chrome decor at the top of the trunk stretches the full-width repeating the theme of the Genesis emblem, while the dual exhaust finishers reference the Crest Grill design.
