Spotify has released its annual list of the world's top podcasts, artists, albums, songs, and playlists. "2020 Wrapped" features the artist Bad Bunny in the #1 spot as the most-streamed artist of the year. Bad Bunny ended the year with more than 8.3 billion streams on the app, followed next by Drake and J Balvin. CNN reports that the late rapper Juice WRLD and The Weeknd came in behind the top 3. Billie Eilish was Spotify's most-streamed female artist for the second year in a row. Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande took the second and third spots behind Eilish.
Popular US podcaster Joe Rogan has apologized amid a backlash against Covid-19 misinformation in his programme, while his platform, Spotify Technology SA, said it would add a "content advisory" to any episode with discussion of Covid-19.

The move comes after a backlash over a recent episode of prominent vaccine skeptic Joe Rogan, which prompted musicians Neil Young and Joni Mitchell, as well as some other artists, to pull their works off the platform. Neil Young's music is being removed from Spotify's streaming service after the singer-songwriter objected to his songs playing on the same platform that offers Joe Rogan's podcast, the company and the musician said on Wednesday.
