Russian forces have launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine by land, air and sea. This is the biggest attack by one state against another in Europe since World War II. Speaking to FRANCE 24 in an exclusive interview, the EU’s Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell slams Putin as untrustworthy: “After having said so many times that he is not going to invade Ukraine, and doing what he is doing now, it’s certainly not someone that you can trust”.
Josep Borrell, the European Union's high representative of foreign affairs and security, gave an exclusive interview to France 24 on Friday to discuss Europe and the West's response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. "Nobody can trust Vladimir Putin after what has happened," he said.
