Verdict pending in case of French priest murdered by jihadists

Roseline Hamel, the sister of a priest murdered in France, the Archbishop of Rouen Dominique Lebrun and lawyers for the civil parties and the defence leave the courtroom at the special assize court in Paris pending the verdict in the trial of the murder of Father Hamel, in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray. Hamel, 85, was giving Mass in the church of Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, in northern France, on July 26, 2016 when he was killed by Islamist assailants. IMAGES
