Kyiv calls on Russia to agree on routes to evacuate civilians from Sumy

Description

Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereschuk calls on Russia "to immediately agree" on routes for humanitarian corridors to evacuate civilians "from Sumy to Poltava". An airstrike on the Ukrainian city of Sumy has killed at least 21 people, according to a local official.
