Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he will offer an "unreserved" apology in parliament after the legislature publicly celebrated a Ukrainian World War II veteran who fought alongside the Nazis. "In a few moments, I will address the house in front of all Canadians, in front of Jewish people here and around the world, and Ukrainians, to offer Parliament's unreserved apologies," Trudeau tells reporters, referring to the embarrassing incident that marred a visit by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
