On the second day of his visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Belgian King Philippe meets Felix Tshisekedi at the Palais de la Nation for a joint press conference. The Belgian king's visit to Kinshasa has been touted as an attempt at reconciliation between Belgium and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
