Sylvain et Gilles Grouber ont créé l’Arpent Vert en 2011 sur un plateau du côté d’Œutrange, à Thionville. Depuis quelques mois, Gilles Grouber s’est lancé dans la production de frites fraîches à partir des pommes de terre bio cultivées sur l’exploitation familiale. Le jeune maraîcher fournit des professionnels comme les particuliers grâce à une ligne de transformation qui lui permet de sortir environ 300 kilos de frites fraîches par semaine.
