At least five people are now known to have died while at least 50 others were injured after an Amtrak train derailed near Philadelphia Tuesday night. Amtrak’s Northeast Regional train 188, derailed Tuesday night as it travelled from Washington DC to New York. The accident occurred at around 9.20 p.m. Tuesday as the train passed through Philadelphia.
