Écologie : la France se prépare à 4°C de réchauffement climatique, qui pourraient entrainer des sécheresses et des canicules beaucoup plus fréquentes dés 2023. À quoi ressemblera la France en 2100 ? Elle sera probablement plus chaude de 4 degrés selon le gouvernement, qui souhaite en tout cas s’y préparer. C’est déjà ce qu’avait expliqué le ministre de l’Écologie, Christophe Béchu, en février 2023. « Préparer notre pays à quatre degrés, ça veut dire anticiper beaucoup de changements », avait-il prévenu. On sait maintenant que cette anticipation devrait intégrer un nouveau plan d’adaptation français au changement climatique — ou PNACC. Il a existé deux précédents PNACC, en 2011 puis en 2018, mais ces derniers intégraient seulement les trajectoires de l’Accord de Paris — viser 1,5°C pour ne pas dépasser 2 degrés –, et non un scénario à 4 degrés. Pour préparer ce nouveau plan, le ministre ouvre, à partir de ce 23 mai, une consultation publique.

The deputy head of a regional police department said the protesters had been detained for their own safety and because police had not been warned about the rally.
