Russia says pulled back over 30,000 troops in Kherson region

Description

Russia said Friday it had withdrawn more than 30,000 troops in Ukraine's southern region of Kherson, including the regional capital, as Kyiv said its forces were entering the city. FRANCE 24's Chief Foreign Editor Rob Parsons tells us more.
