Rescue workers are clearing rubble at the Amstor shopping centre in the central Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk, after a Russian missile strike left 16 people killed and 59 wounded, according to Ukraine's emergency services. One of the suspects in the deadly Moscow concert hall attack appear in a Russian court to face terrorism charges. The TASS news agency cited Moscow's Basmanny District Court court as saying that two of the suspects had been charged with participating in a terrorist attack.
