Cyclone Gabrielle: New Zealand declares state of emergency

New Zealand has declared a national state of emergency for what is just the third time third time in its history. That alert coming as Cyclone Gabrielle continues to cause flooding, landslides and ocean swells forcing evacuations and stranding people on roof tops. More than sixty thousand homes lost power.
