A procession of world leaders continues to visit China. This Wednesday, Brazil’s leader Luiz Inacio da Silva will be in Shanghai for a four-day visit. He is expected to propose the idea of creating a “Peace Club” with Xi Jinping : An attempt at ending the war in Ukraine.
