Que changerait l'inscription de l'IVG dans la Constitution française ?

Le projet de loi constitutionnelle pour inscrire l'IVG dans la Constitution a été présenté en conseil des ministres le mardi 12 décembre. Il est attendu le 24 janvier dans l'hémicycle de l'Assemblée nationale. Après l'examen à l'Assemblée et au Sénat, il faudrait que 3/5e des députés et sénateurs, réunis lors du Congrès, avalisent la formulation. Dans un courrier adressé aux chefs de parti en novembre, Emmanuel Macron avait évoqué la date du 4 mars 2024 pour cette réunion du Congrès à Versailles.
