Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrives in Portugal, the latest stop on his recent tour of Kyiv's allies, where he is greeted by Prime Minister Luis Montenegro and President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrives in Bucharest for security talks with his Romanian counterpart after a series of Russian strikes on Ukraine's Danube ports near the Romanian border.
