Rescuers arrive at site of Annecy knife attack in the French Alps

Rescuers and paramedics arrive at the scene where a man armed with a knife attacked a group of pre-school children playing by Lake Annecy in the French Alps, wounding four as well as an adult and sending shockwaves through the country. The suspect is a Syrian in his early 30s who was granted refugee status in Sweden in April, a police source told AFP. IMAGES
