Kenya anti-government protests: Police fire tear gas at protesters in clashes over tax hikes

Wednesday 19th of July was the first of three days of mobilisation in Kenya decreed by Raila Odinga, and the first success according to the leader of the opposition coalition. Although there were relatively few demonstrators, the anti-expense protests nevertheless affected several towns in many parts of the country. Some of the rallies turned violent. FRANCE 24's correspondent Bastien Renouil reports.
