CAR votes on new constitution as Touadera eyes third term

Description

Central Africans begin voting in a referndum that would allow President Faustin-Archange Touadera to run for a third term in a country devastated by several coups. Elected in 2016, Mr. Touadéra was re-elected in 2020 after a vote interrupted by several incursions by armed rebel groups and marred by accusations of fraud. IMAGES
