Protest in Libya after FM's talks with Israeli counterpart

People in Tripoli burn tyres after the leader of Libya's government suspended his foreign minister Najla al-Mangoush, when it emerged she had held talks with her Israeli counterpart last week in Rome. The Libyan foreign ministry described it as a "chance and unofficial encounter", but news of the meeting had already sparked street protests in several Libyan cities, including the capital. IMAGES
