EU observers find Zimbabwean election 'fell short' of international standards

International poll observers say Zimbabwe's presidential and legislative elections failed to conform to "regional and international standards", casting doubt on the credibility of a tense vote. The head of the EU observer mission, Fabio Massimo Castaldo, says the election "fell short" on "key principles of equality universality, transparency and accountability". SOUNDBITE
