South Africa’s ruling party beginning a closely watched conference today...The ANC looks set to re-elect Cyril Ramaphosa as its leader, despite his recent scandal over a huge cash burglary at his game farm. Ramaphosa’s supporters are sticking by their man, but the President could still face some competition for power.
