Firefighters work overnight on site of deadly Jersey explosion

Description

Firefighters and rescue units assess the damage on the site of an explosion that flattened a three-storey apartment block in the Channel island of Jersey in the early hours of 10 December. Rescuers said after an all-night search that there was no hope of finding any more survivors in the wreckage. More than a dozen people are feared dead.
