US says will retaliate for Russia's 'unprovoked' expulsion of diplomats

The United States denounces Russia's expulsion of two US diplomats for their work with an embassy contractor and promised to take countermeasures soon. "We regret that Russia has taken this path and you can certainly expect that we will respond appropriately to their actions." State Department spokesman Matthew Miller tells reporters SOUNDBITE
