Libya floods: Search teams race to recover bodies as death toll tops 5,000

In Libya, international aid has reached devastated areas in support of local rescue teams. This after massive flash floods over the weekend, which authorities say, killed over 5 thousand people, with 10 thousand still missing and tens of thousands more displaced.
