The authority gap: Ongoing resistance to women in authority and power

Description

The ongoing struggle for women to be taken seriously; and why we lack authority in the minds of so many men. Annette Young talks to UK journalist and broadcaster, Mary Ann Sieghart, who's written a book entitled 'The Authority Gap.'
