UN: Russia's Nebenzya objects to Zelensky speaking first at Security Council

Russia's UN Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya interrupts the start of a Security Council meeting to object to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky speaking ahead of the other members. "There is a solution for this if you agree.
