South African lawmakers vote to shut down Israeli embassy

In tonight's edition: South African lawmakers vote in favour of closing down the Israeli embassy in Pretoria and suspending all diplomatic relations untill a ceasefire is agreed in the war in Gaza. A car fatally rams into a crowd of supporters celebrating Joseph Boakai's in Liberia killing three people. And mental health campaigners have scaled up their push to decriminalise suicide in Africa. Across the continent there are at least 11 countries where it remains a crime.
