Oroville, Jun 14 (EFE/EPA).- Several boats were left Monday in the Lake Oroville in California instead of being taken to dry dock as water levels were at a record low due to chronic drought in the west of the United States. Numerous counties of California are now under a drought state of emergency and the California Governor Gavin Newsom is asking Californians to conserve water.
