US calls for China to do more on climate

Description

US Climate Envoy John Kerry, at a speech in London 100 days before the COP26 climate summit begins in Glasgow, calls for China to do more than it has so-far pledged to do to fight global warming. "Without sufficient reduction by China, together with the rest of us," says Kerry, "the goal of 1.5 degrees is essentially impossible." SOUNDBITE
