New storms in Belgium leave floods and damage

Description

Dinant (Belgium), Jul 25 (EFE) .- (Image: Leopoldo Rodríguez)The residents of Dinant (southern Belgium) were this Sunday cleaning up the damage left in cars, garages, and on the road by the storms that yesterday fell again in various regions of Belgium, causing some floods, although without leaving victims, such as it did happen with torrential rains last week.FOOTAGE OF THE DOWNTOWN DINANT AND SOUNDBITES OF CITIZENS.1.- Alain- It is not the first time that we have had a storm, although they had announced that it was going to be violent. Everything has come down from up there, water and earth so it was nothing more than mud and this is the result. Some cars have gone with the flow and parts of the pavement have been ripped off. Down there it's even worse.- We are going downhill but I have had 30-35 centimeters (of water) in my house. It has not been in all the houses but looks here they are cleaning the garages. I have not been the only one who has happened this ...2.- Martinne-I was watching videos on the internet and suddenly in less than a minute the whole street was flooded. Now we do what we can to help people.
