Managua, Jul 29 (EFE).- The Nicaraguan businessman Milton Renato Arcia Marín was ratified Thursday as presidential candidate by the opposition Constitutionalist Liberal Party (PLC) for the elections on Nov. 7, in which he will face the current president, Sandinista Daniel Ortega, who will seek his third re-election consecutive.
