Alicante (Spain), Jul 26 (EFE).- The communities of Andalusia, Aragon, Catalonia, the Region of Murcia and the Valencian Community continue to be on high alert due to strong storms and heavy rains, which could accumulate up to 40 litres per square meter in an hour.FOOTAGE OF RAIN IN ALICANTE.
