Gathering of 40,000 young people in Barcelona leads to vandalism

Barcelona, Sep 25 (EFE).- A massive gathering of young people to drink and dance in public, known in Spain as "botellón", brought together Saturday night some 40,000 people in Barcelona and led to incidents, in which 20 people were arrested and 43 more were injured.Nightlife has returned to the Spanish community of Catalonia after the COVID-19 situation in the area has improved.
