Hundreds of Nigerian workers across various sectors strike over the rising cost of living following the removal of the petrol subsidy. Panama City, Sep 22 (EFE).- Members of unions and social movements marched on Wednesday in Panama City in to demand an end to corruption and decent wages in the country, hard hit by unemployment and informality in the midst of the crisis derived from the pandemic. About 2,000 people, according to preliminary data from the Ombudsman’s Office, marched from the historic Parque Porras to the surroundings of the Panama Assembly (AN, Parliament) carrying banners and singing chants against the Government and corruption.
