Human rights advocates honor victims of Marcos era Martial Law

Quezon City, Sep 21 (EFE/EPA).- Human rights activists Tuesday held a floral wreath laying ceremony for victims to mark 49 years since the late president Ferdinand Marcos declared martial law on Sep. 21, 1972.
