Bangalore, Jun 1 (EFE/EPA).- India recorded Tuesday 2,795 coronavirus deaths in the last 24 hours, marking the first time in 34 days that daily fatalities dropped below 3,000, according to official data.As per health ministry records, the pandemic has claimed the lives of more than 331,100 people in the South Asian country, a number that is only behind that of the United States and Brazil.The decline in the number of deaths per day, even as experts warn that the actual figures could be much higher, contrasts with the more than 4,000 deaths recorded around the middle of May.
