    Bacardi is rolling out the world's first fully biodegradable spirits bottle, as well as paper bottles. Both bottle types will hit shelves in the US by 2023.     Border guards patrolling the Kerch Strait picked up a man sailing a hand-made raft of plastic bottles on Wednesday and brought him into custody. Authorities noticed the man's ludicrous floating device while patrolling the water around a mile from the coastline. It turned out that the man, a 53-year-old native of Tashkent, was attempted to make the crossing from the Russian mainland to the Crimean peninsula via his rickety, hand-made contraption. Police gave the traveller a warning for violating the marine travel laws and sent him on his way.
